Chicken Strips (Mom)

some chicken depends on how hungry you are
2 cups buttermilk or more or less, Mom is not sure
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon of Mrs Dash (its a seasoning apparently)
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic salt, probably



Thaw chicken and baptize in buttermilk. Let them sit as long as you have time up to 24 hours, the longer the better. Mix all dry ingredients together and tip the buttermilk chicken into concoction. Rebaptize in buttermilk and re-dunk in concoction. Fry in hot oil.
