Italian Spaghetti (Mom)

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds ground beef
½ pound Premium bacon, cut into ½ inch pieces
2 cans ripe tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
1 ½ onions, chopped
1 ¾ head garlic, chopped
½ bunch parsley 3tablespoons dried
2 teaspoons sugar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 very small red hot peppers

Cook onions and garlic in olive oil and butter. Add other ingredients and cook 5 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti, cooked according to the package.
